Womb Goddess Awakening - Terms & Agreement

By enrolling in the Womb Goddess Awakening Program (“Program”), You (“Participant,” “Client,” “You,” or “Your”) agree to the following Terms & Agreement, which outline Your responsibilities, payment terms, and legal disclaimers. Please read carefully before purchasing.

Upon enrollment, You will receive a separate contract that further details these terms. By purchasing this Program, You acknowledge that You will review and sign the contract before beginning the Program.

1. PROGRAM OVERVIEW

Womb Goddess Awakening is a private 1:1 coaching and healing program designed to support women in reconnecting with their womb, unlocking sacred portals, and deepening their connection to the Divine Feminine.

This Program is offered by Megan Rose Healing (“Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”) and includes a combination of teachings, embodiment practices, somatic healing techniques, and self-exploration tools.

2. ELIGIBILITY & PARTICIPATION

  • You must be at least 18 years old to enroll.
  • You acknowledge that this Program is for personal growth, education, and spiritual development and is not a substitute for medical or psychological care.
  • Your participation is voluntary, and You are responsible for Your own well-being and experience within the Program.

3. PAYMENT TERMS

  • Full payment is required at the time of purchase unless You choose a payment plan.
  • If You select a payment plan, You agree to pay all scheduled payments on time as agreed upon at checkout.
  • Failure to complete a payment may result in suspension of access until payment is received.

3.1 REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of this Program and the immediate access to program materials and support, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued.

If You are on a payment plan and decide to withdraw, You are still responsible for completing the full payment.

4. EXTRA CARE SESSIONS

As part of the Womb Goddess Awakening Program, You may receive access to extra care sessions, which are designed to support You in between regular sessions.

  • Extra care sessions are available at Your discretion and must be scheduled within the timeframe of Your Program.
  • These sessions offer additional guidance, emotional processing support, and deepening integration, but do not replace Your main sessions.
  • Any unused extra care sessions do not roll over beyond the Program duration and are non-refundable.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

  • All content provided in the Program, including but not limited to videos, PDFs, meditations, teachings, and exercises, is the intellectual property of Megan Rose Healing and is protected under copyright law.
  • You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, sell, or share any Program materials without express written permission.
  • Any violation of this policy may result in immediate removal from the Program without a refund and potential legal action.

6. RELEASE OF LIABILITY

By enrolling in the Womb Goddess Awakening Program, You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and acknowledge that:

  • This Program includes somatic, energetic, and embodiment practices that may bring up emotional or physical sensations.
  • You are responsible for listening to Your body, honoring Your limits, and seeking professional support if needed.
  • Megan Rose Healing is not liable for any outcomes, injuries, or emotional distress resulting from Your participation.
  • This Program does not provide medical diagnoses, therapy, or legal advice.

7. PROGRAM ACCESS & TERMINATION

  • Upon purchase, You will receive access to Program materials for the designated period stated at enrollment.
  • Your access is for personal use only and may not be shared with others.

We reserve the right to terminate Your access to the Program without notice if:

  • You fail to complete payment obligations under an agreed-upon payment plan.
  • You violate any of the terms outlined in this agreement.

No refunds will be issued in these cases.

8. FORCE MAJEURE

We are not responsible for delays, disruptions, or changes in Program availability due to circumstances beyond Our control, including but not limited to:

  • Website or platform outages (Kajabi, payment gateways).
  • Natural disasters or emergencies.
  • Technical failures or cyber-related issues.
  • Unforeseen health circumstances affecting content delivery.

9. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.
  • Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration before legal action is pursued.

10. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By enrolling in the Womb Goddess Awakening Program, You acknowledge that You have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

After purchase, You will receive a contract detailing the full terms of this Program, which must be signed before beginning Your sessions.
